General Fee Refund Rules

 

v   Before the start of the academic session

o   Full fee is refunded after deducting a nominal processing fee.

 v  Within a specified period after admission

o   Partial refund is allowed as per university or government norms.

 v  After commencement of classes

o   No refund is generally allowed, except caution money (if applicable).

 v  If admission is cancelled due to institutional reasons

o   Full fee shall be refunded without any deduction.

 v  Security/Caution Money                            

o   Refundable after completion of the course, subject to clearance of dues.

 v  Mode of Refund

o   Refund is made through bank transfer or cheque within the prescribed time.

 

Important Guidelines

·        Refund rules are displayed on the college notice board and prospectus.

·        Students must submit a written application for refund.
