 COLLEGE RULES & REGULATION

 
 1. College uniform :
 To uphold the institution's decorum, students are required to adhere to the following uniform guidelines:
  • Uniform is mandatory for all college-organized events.
  • Uniform must be worn daily from Monday to Friday, exclusing Wednesday and Saturday.
  • Uniform is complulsory during terminal and final exams.
  • The color of the Uniform must be stitched according to the following guidelines:

 2. Leave Rules :
  • Advance Notice: Requests for leave must be submitted in advance with a signed letter from a parent or guardian.
  • Short-Term Leave: The class teacher can approve leave for upto 2 days.
  • Extended Leave: For adsences exceeding one week, prior approval from the principal is required.
  • Medical absences: A medical certificate must be provided if you are absent due to illness.
 3. Library Rules :
 Our library, housing over 6000 books alonng with encyclopedias, journals, periodicals, magazines and newspapers, is a vital resource for students. To ensure its effective use, please observe the following rules:
  • Operational Hours: The librar is open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on working days. 
  • General Conduct: Silence and decorum must be maintained. Disregard for these rules will result in disciplinary action.
  • Book Management:
    • Books are issued on a first-come, first-serve basis.
    • Lost, defaced, or damaged books must be compensated by the borrower.
    • Encyclopedias, dictionaries, and atlases are not available for borrowing.
    • Borrowed books are non-transferable.
  • Book Bank : Our college is offering a book bank facility to support students in need by providing access to essential textbooks and academic resources for a period of complete session.
  • Reading Materials:Peridicals, publications and newspapers in the reading area must not be removed from library.
  • Library Use:Students are not permitted to use the library during class hours and are expected to attend their classes.
